Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner for a part-time position in a skilled nursing/post-acute care setting. The role emphasizes a patient-first approach with collaboration across physicians and facility staff.

Expect 2–3 days per week with ongoing training and mentorship supported by the team. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth are offered to both new grads and experienced providers.

Qualifications

• NP License (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain prior to start date
• All Experience Levels Welcome – Training & Mentorship Available
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care
• Strong communication and patient-first approach

Responsabilités

• Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.
