Job summary

Passport Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our travel medicine program in Savannah, GA. This role emphasizes autonomy, client-centered consultations, and specialized vaccine health planning.

You will conduct travel health assessments, administer vaccines, and educate clients, all while maintaining compliance and inventory within a flexible 24-hour-per-week schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Compact (multistate) RN licensure accepted.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Reliable access to a personal computer (training systems require desktop or laptop).
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth travel health consultations and educate clients on destination-specific risks.
• Administer vaccines per standing orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Recommend and promote travel health products and medications as clinically appropriate.
• Manage clinic setup, inventory, and compliance with safety and documentation protocols.
• Support onsite corporate wellness or vaccine clinic events as needed.
• Complete ongoing travel medicine training.
