Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Joshua Tree, CA is seeking a CT Technologist to operate scanners, prepare and position patients, and follow safety protocols to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

You will collaborate with radiologists, maintain equipment, document procedures, and uphold radiation safety standards while providing compassionate patient care and adapting to different equipment and imaging protocols.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT technologist experience.
• Valid radiology license and current BLS certification.
• Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Visual acuity and effective communication skills.

Role: Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, prepare and position patients, ensure safety protocols, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality images. Maintain equipment, document procedures accurately, and follow safety standards to minimize radiation exposure. Adapt to different equipment and protocols, providing compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process.
