Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Medical CT Technologist to operate CT scanners, prepare and position patients, and ensure safety and image quality across healthcare settings.

You will collaborate with radiologists, maintain equipment, document procedures, and follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure. Previous CT experience and licensure are required; ARRT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT experience.
• Valid radiology license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred ARRT certification.
• Must have strong critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, physical and sensory skills, including strength and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images.
• Prepare and position patients for scanning.
• Ensure safety and image quality; minimize radiation exposure.

Job description

Role:

Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, prepare and position patients, and ensure safety and image quality. Collaborate with radiologists, maintain equipment, document procedures, and follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure. Adapt to various CT equipment and protocols across healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, provide high-quality images, and communicate effectively with medical staff and patients. Follow safety standards and keep accurate records. Deliver compassionate patient care and support diagnostic processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

One year of recent CT experience, valid radiology license, current BLS certification; preferred ARRT certification. Must have critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, physical, and sensory skills, including physical strength and effective communication. Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions is essential.
