Child Crisis Arizona is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our group home and emergency shelter.

You will supervise youth, assist with daily routines, meals, activities, and documentation while following our behavior management protocols. A high school diploma, 21+, and a valid AZ driver’s license are required; CPI certification is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 21 years old.
• One year supervising, nurturing youth and meeting basic needs.
• Ability to document and take notes in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean five-year driving history and a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• CPI Certification or de-escalation training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of youth in care.
• Assist in daily routines: meals, housekeeping, medication administration, classes or groups.
• Support youth using behavior management protocols to build life skills.
