We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals as porters in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for those who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and seek supplemental income with a flexible evening schedule.

Position Overview: As a Porter, you will collect bagged household waste and recyclables from residents’ doorsteps and transport them to the onsite compactor or dumpster. This involves walking, handling waste safely, and maintaining cleanliness at the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time at your assigned community, typically at 6-7 PM.
• Collect trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps, including upper levels (stairs required).
• Transport waste using a leak-proof tote to your truck and then to the disposal site.
• Keep the area clean and safe at the compactor/dumpster site.
• Provide courteous service to residents.
• Submit nightly documentation, including resident violations, audit results, and photos.

Schedule & Hours: Shifts last 1.5 to 2 hours, typically 10-15 hours weekly, with up to 7 shifts per week available.

Compensation: $50 weekday and $75 weekend per shift. Paid via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th. A valid bank account is required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation: Open-bed pickup truck (no SUVs or enclosed vehicles).
• Technology: Smartphone with active data plan.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
