Job summary

The Osborne Association is seeking a Bus Greeter for the CYFS program in New York. This part-time role (20 hours/week) serves as the first contact for families using our transportation service to correctional facilities across New York State. You will help with check-in, gather required documents, and provide trip information.

Salary is $26.00 per hour. 20 hours weekly with varied early morning shifts; includes administrative tasks such as data entry in Salesforce/ECM and rider outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, hospitality, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and passengers at designated pickup locations with professionalism and respect.
• Assist with safe and organized boarding and provide support for passengers needing assistance.
• Verify passenger IDs, travel documentation, destination, and pickup location before boarding.
• Review travel expectations, safety protocols, and program guidelines with passengers.
• Provide orientation and program information to first-time travelers, including the L.O.L. video.
• Distribute snacks and Osborne materials for trips.
