America's Auto Auction - Bowling Green is seeking a part-time Title Clerk/Office Clerk to manage vehicle titles and handle customer service in a busy auction setting. The role includes taking titles from customers, visiting the DMV for title processing, verifying titles, and preparing titles for buyers.

Light administrative tasks and daily payments support are also part of the job. The position pays $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with eligibility for select benefits for part-time

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive title experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft).
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Take in title from customers.
• Make trips to the DMV to process title work when needed.
• Verify the accuracy of all titles.
• Print checks after the titles are accepted.
• Prepare title work for the buyer.
• Mail titles to buyers.
• Answer phone calls.
• Greet customers.
• Help with daily payments as they come in.
