Qualifications

• Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet one of the following: two years of postsecondary education, an associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on the district's reading, writing, and math assessment.
• A valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged.
• Candidates should be able to build rapport with students, follow structured instructional routines, and support the academic goals of the school.
• Prior experience in an educational setting is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to see students grow are essential.
