American Tire Depot in Rialto, CA is seeking a part-time Tire Technician to join a fast-paced automotive team. You'll mount, balance, rotate tires, perform oil changes, and assist with diagnostics while delivering friendly, accurate service.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay with commission opportunities, and clear paths into mechanic, service advisor, and management roles as you grow.

Qualifications

• Automotive, tire, or lube experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect vehicles and document findings
• Assist with TPMS sensor service
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Support teammates in delivering fast, accurate customer service
• Learn additional mechanical skills like brakes, alignments, and suspension work over time
