One Vision is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. The Fort Dodge Thrift Store seeks a Part-Time Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, process donations, and keep shelves organized, contributing to the mission of One Vision.

The store operates Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sundays are closed. The role requires Saturday availability and offers paid time off as a benefit.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
• Understanding of retail pricing and basic cash-handling practices.
• Enjoys working with customers and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Accepting donations from community members.
• Sorting, processing, and pricing donated merchandise.
• Stocking merchandise and maintaining product flow from backroom to sales floor.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assisting with moving, lifting, and organizing donated merchandise.
