The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Counseling or related field and Pennsylvania LPC licensure, with at least five years of clinical experience and prior supervisory work. Candidates with specialty certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current LPC license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 5 years of experience as a professional counselor within the last 10 years.
• Previous experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to provide supportive, constructive, and clinically appropriate supervision.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Experience with an EHR.
• Current required clearances.

At PRO Companies, we're growing our outpatient program and looking for an experienced, licensed clinician to provide supervision to LAPCs working toward independent licensure.

This is a great opportunity for a clinician looking to add flexible supplemental hours while supporting the professional development of other clinicians. As our outpatient program continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your clinical expertise and help support the development of our team.

Candidates with specialty certifications or experience in areas such as art therapy, music therapy, EMDR/trauma treatment, or other specialized therapeutic approaches are a plus.

What You’ll Do
