Position Summary

The Therapist facilitates two to three 50-minute groups each morning, Monday through Friday, at either the PHP or IOP level of care.

Our program uses an established, DBT-informed curriculum that provides structure while allowing clinicians to bring their own clinical strengths, interests, creativity, and therapeutic style. We also value clinicians who can think on their feet, get creative, and confidently adapt when unexpected needs arise.

The ideal candidate is an engaging and confident facilitator who is comfortable speaking in front of a group, communicating clinical concepts clearly, and using appropriate humor and other dynamic engagement strategies to maintain attention and therapeutic focus.
