Goodwill of Colorado seeks an Associate I in Textiles Production to sort, price, and tag donated textile items, ensuring they meet quality standards. This role offers part-time scheduling flexibility, primarily working Sunday to Tuesday, and pays $16.45 per hour with the potential for daily payment.
Applicants should possess a high school diploma, attention to detail, and previous retail experience. Excellent customer service is essential, as is the ability to work physically demanding tasks within a safe environment.
The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following company quality standards and guidelines and determining which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and is expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.
Pay: $16.45 per hour. Your pay could increase based on the amount of textiles you can produce each hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today. We partner with DailyPay, a voluntary benefit that provides employees access to their pay on their own schedule.
Flexibility: Part-time positions are available. Preferred shift is Sunday-Tuesday. Our Retail Centers are open 9 AM to 9 PM Mondays through Saturdays and 9 AM to 8 PM Sundays.
