EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated ESL/ELL Teacher to join our team in New Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting English Language Learners, providing high-quality language instruction, and creating an engaging classroom environment that helps students build confidence and achieve academic success.

Qualifications
- TESOL/ESL/ELL endorsement or certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL or related field.
- Strong knowledge of language acquisition strategies; experience with ELLs.
Responsabilités
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Provide English language instruction to multilingual learners/ELLs.
- Assess students' English proficiency and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support learning.
- Differentiate instruction by language proficiency.
- Maintain student records, progress reports, and assessment data.
- Participate in IEP, 504, or student support meetings as needed.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
