Territory Supervisor (TS)

The Territory Supervisor (TS) is a part-time position responsible for supervising a group of Retail Merchandisers within a specific geography. Retail Merchandisers maintain card departments and outposts for both everyday and seasonal products. They also participate in installation activities including building Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, installing new stores, store relocations, and remodels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 5 to 10 Retail Merchandisers, ensuring well-maintained card departments and timely execution of programs
• Document and manage performance through feedback and coaching
• Handle retailer concerns, execution issues, and performance problems by collaborating with store management and your team
• Work typically Monday through Friday during day/early evening hours; weekend work may be required during major holidays
• Lead or assist in department remodels and resets, including building fixtures and merchandising

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role requiring high energy. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, lifting and moving cartons, fixtures, and merchandise up to 50 pounds, and performing physical activities like stooping, squatting, walking, and climbing stairs or ladders.
