Job Description

Territory and Installation Supervisor (TS)

The Territory and Installation Supervisor (TS) is a part-time role responsible for supervising Retail and Installation Merchandisers within a specific geographic area. Retail Merchandisers maintain card departments and outposts for daily and seasonal products. Installation Merchandisers handle activities such as building fixtures, moving departments, installing new stores, relocations, and remodels.

This position offers an opportunity to represent the Hallmark brand and develop retailer relationships. Hallmark provides paid training, travel reimbursement, and access to corporate discounts.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Retail Merchandisers and ensure timely execution of programs.
  • Oversee installation teams for fixtures, store moves, and remodels.
  • Communicate schedules and updates to the team.
  • Interpret installation documents.
  • Coordinate with Field Service team for staffing and fixture issues.
  • Inform business partners about installation status.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate staff; handle retailer concerns.
  • Work typically Monday through Friday, with possible weekend work during holidays.
  • Motivate team members and lead by example.
  • Manage change effectively and delegate tasks when needed.
  • Identify and solve problems, stay organized, and manage administrative tasks.
  • Build strong customer relationships.

Requirements
  • Basic tools proficiency (hammer, screwdriver, box cutter).

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, squat, and climb stairs or ladders throughout the day.

Part-time employees working less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and preventive care coverage through Mercer Indigo.

The hourly pay range is $18.00 - $22.00.
