Job summary

Security Financial Bank in Durand, WI is seeking a Casual Part-time Teller to assist customers with daily banking needs. The schedule is up to 19 hours per week, Monday–Friday with occasional rotating Saturdays and a Saturday shift pay differential.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, verify IDs, balance cash drawer, respond to inquiries, and refer customers for specialized services. Training and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank products and federal regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate balancing of transactions.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient with computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions.
• Verify checks, endorsements, and proper identification.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch balancing.
• Answer inquiries in person and by phone while maintaining confidentiality.
• Refer customers to other team members for specialized services.
• Support branch operations and regulatory compliance.
