The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service and cash-handling experience, computer skills, and good math abilities. Work hours include weekdays with no evenings or Sundays, in a supportive team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with accuracy.
• Provide information about services and cross-sell financial products.
• Follow all credit union policies and procedures and monitor for potential security risks.
• Deliver excellent customer service by treating customers as people, not numbers.
