Position Overview

We are seeking a PART-TIME TELLER to join our team at the Hardin Blvd branch in McKinney, TX. If you thrive on helping people, this role may be a great fit—credit unions are built on the principle of people helping people.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members courteously and professionally
• Perform member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, issuing negotiable items, loan payments, night depository deposits, and check cashing with proper holds
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated on Texans’ policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Learn about Texans’ products and services to cross-sell and enhance members' financial well-being
• Balance cash drawer accurately at the end of each day

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in sales and service involving cash handling and face-to-face customer interaction; experience in a financial institution is a plus

Candidates must successfully complete a background check, credit check, and drug screening.

Compensation

$17.50 hourly
