Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain, promote, and cross-sell bank products and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Receive deposits, verify cash, provide receipts, and identify counterfeit currency.
• Process checks, currency transactions, and balance drawers daily.
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding service charges, account histories and policies.
• Maintain compliance with disclosure requirements, regulations and privacy policies.
