Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union is hiring at our Fridley branch for a part-time member service associate. You will welcome members, provide friendly service, and help meet branch goals by cross-selling financial products and services.

You will process routine inquiries and transactions, balance cash, and ensure secure asset handling while maintaining accurate records and outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of public/customer interaction experience preferred.
• One year of cash handling experience preferred.
• Sales experience or strong interest in sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide friendly service.
• Achieve branch and credit union goals through cross-selling financial products.
• Process routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests accurately.
