Job summary

State Bank Financial is seeking a friendly and accurate Part-time Teller in Sparta, WI. You’ll be the face of the bank, delivering warm service while handling everyday transactions with care.

The role supports customers with deposits, withdrawals, and basic account needs, working about 20 hours weekly across 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday with a Saturday rotation. Prior customer service experience is required, and accuracy and compliance matter in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Teller I: High school diploma or equivalent or in good academic standing in high school required.
• Teller II / III: qualifications above, plus coursework in or degree in business and/or finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with a warm, friendly smile and provide accurate service.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain cash levels daily.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate products or associates.
• Follow security, compliance, and internal control procedures.
