Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers in preparing documents for transactions.
• Verify negotiable instruments for identity and endorsements.
• Process deposits and withdrawals using software and scanners.
• Count cash and coin; verify with electronic counting devices as needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with ATM balancing.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Handle check orders and address changes as needed.
