Partners 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Member Services Associate for our West Jefferson Blvd. location in Fort Wayne, IN.

The role focuses on handling deposits, withdrawals, and member inquiries with a friendly, confidential approach. The schedule is rotating: Week A Mon 9:15am-6:15pm, Tue Off, Wed 9:15am-6:15pm, Fri 9:15am-6:15pm, Sat Off; Week B Mon 10:30am-6:15pm, Tue Off, Wed 10:30am-6:15pm, Fri 10:15am-6:15pm, Sat 8:45am-12:15pm.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Handles initial contact with members via in-person interaction, by phone, or email to enhance member experience.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers to appropriate staff for new accounts and loans.
• Balances cash drawer daily and reports discrepancies to maintain transaction accuracy.
• Addresses member inquiries on accounts, records payments, and validates cash transactions.
• Researches and resolves member concerns to improve service quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports branch goals.
