Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 0–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours: mornings, evenings, Saturdays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Accurately processes financial transactions, fulfilling customer requests in a timely manner.
• Addresses customer issues and escalates complex matters for accurate resolution.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of personal customer information.
• Keeps teller area neat and organized and refers customers to appropriate personnel when needed.
