Job summary

Bell Bank is seeking a part-time Teller to provide courteous, accurate service at our West Fargo area branches. You will perform teller transactions, assist customers, and refer them to appropriate team members.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer experience, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus, and reliability matters in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of customer experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service in a professional, friendly manner.
• Accurately processes financial transactions and fulfills customer requests.
• Addresses customer issues and escalates complex issues as needed to ensure accurate resolution.
• Maintains neat, professional teller areas and upholds security of customer information.
• Completes annual trainings: departmental, security, and banking regulation trainings.
