You will follow bank policies, manage risk, and look for opportunities to cross-sell products. Weekend/evening availability is often required with a customer-centric, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies and procedures.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to accuracy and detail; proficient in basic math.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
