Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year prior customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash transactions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service for consumer and commercial customers.
• Process cash, deposit, loan, and withdrawal transactions accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance per bank procedures.
• Assist in cross-selling bank products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate bank representative.
