Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to operate computer terminals and basic banking systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions in lobby and drive-thru.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Promote and refer new services or products to members.
• Educate members on electronic banking options.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and night drops.
• Maintain neat, secure, and compliant work area.
