Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months cash handling experience in Retail/Service.
• Minimum 6+ months experience in Member/Customer service.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes Member transactions accurately, including deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions in accordance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains daily cash and balances cash drawer; researches and resolves cash differences.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services based on Member needs.
• Responds to Member inquiries and resolves issues; educates Members on alternative service channels.
• Adheres to branch service standards and balance procedures; participates in opening/closing procedures; occasional Saturday availability.
• Maintains knowledge of all credit union products and services and supports team environment.
