Citibank (Switzerland) AG in San Diego is hiring a part-time Branch Service professional to deliver outstanding client service while handling cash and banking transactions. You will identify opportunities to refer Citi products aligned with clients’ financial goals, and educate customers on digital/self-service options.

Ideal candidates will have prior sales and customer service experience, money handling skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Money handling experience.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions, manage cash supply, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities based on clients' financial goals.
• Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory procedures to protect assets.
• Escalate client issues as needed to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products.
• Support risk and compliance by following policies and reporting issues.
