• Delivers personalized service and seeks opportunities to WOW customers.
• Performs deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions with attention to accuracy.
• Maintains customer records and complies with bank policies and security procedures.
• Assists customers with questions and refers suitable banking products when appropriate.
• Works with team to meet branch goals.
