Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders and transfers.
• Maintain cash drawer within prescribed limits and balance daily.
• Accurately count, receive and disburse cash.
• Verify and balance cash drawer daily and maintain cash over/short records.
• Identify cash variances and communicate findings per policy.
• Execute BSA documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide exemplary customer service in person and by phone.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to other units as appropriate.
• Participate in training and sales initiatives.
