Qualifications

• Basic math and numerical accuracy for deposits/payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide account services by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, and recording deposits.
• Cross-sell bank products by informing customers of services and promotions.
• Complete special requests like closing accounts, issuing statements, and safe-deposit box procedures.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and currency supplies; comply with security procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and follow regulatory requirements (BSA/AML) and internal policies.
• Attend to customers on Saturdays, 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM; perform other duties as assigned.
