Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Perform banking transactions including cash deposits/withdrawals and manage branch cash.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Escalate client issues when needed and maintain knowledge of client accounts.
