Position Overview

This position is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience while processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and contributing to branch sales goals. It offers benefits such as paid time off, holidays, and health/dental/vision coverage.

Position Accountabilities
  1. Provide excellent customer experience
  2. Perform basic customer and cash transactions
  3. Balance cash daily
  4. Identify referral opportunities to contribute to branch goals
  5. Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares’ BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
  6. Identify risks and escalate concerns through proper channels
  7. Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
  8. Learn and adapt to changing digital channels
  9. Other duties as assigned

This position reports to the branch leader.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound business judgment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
