Job summary

CSE Federal Credit Union is hiring a Part-Time Teller in North Canton, OH. You will provide friendly, compliant service to members, process a range of financial transactions, and help members with deposits, loan payments and record updates.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service support to members in a professional, friendly and compliant manner, referring services that fit members' financial needs.
• Process transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer; assist with deposits, loan payments, and updating member records.
• Promote credit union services through exceptional service and use banking software to resolve problems.

What You Will Do

Provide service support to members in a manner that is professional, friendly and compliant with all regulations, policies and procedures. In doing so, the Teller will recommend and refer services to Members that best fit their financial needs.

Duties include but are not limited to accepting and accurately processing all financial service transactions while maintaining responsibility for balancing a cash drawer; assisting our members with a variety of deposit-related transactions including cashing checks, applying deposits, making loan payments and updating member records; promoting the credit union through exceptional service. Tellers will use various computer applications and web-based programs to process transactions and solve problems.

They must also be punctual, dependable and demonstrate the ability to earn trust and respect by acting with honesty and professionalism.
