As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Louisville, KY at the Hikes Point Branch.

Job Description

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on available financial options. Identifies banking opportunities and refers appropriately.
• Engages with customers to identify opportunities and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Conducts lobby activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products, leveraging technology and resources.
• Uses product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Follows all policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of transactions.
