Job description

Must be able to travel between both ALLIANCE Credit Union branches in Fort Worth, Texas, as business needs require. This position will serve as a floating team member supporting both branches.

Provide ALLIANCE Credit Union members with professional, courteous, and efficient service. Perform all teller functions accurately and proficiently while assisting members with routine questions, account needs, and basic problem resolution. Process member transactions accurately, perform account maintenance, and ensure member needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. Maintain required dual-control procedures and adhere to all established operational, security, and compliance standards.
