Job summary

Transformcap is looking for licensed therapists to provide high-quality teletherapy as part of the Headspace Care team. In this flexible role, you'll deliver effective mental health support to clients over a video platform. Ideal candidates should possess significant experience in psychotherapy and a clinical license to practice independently. Rates for sessions will range from $66-$90+, based on various factors including location and licensure. Join a team that prioritizes both provider and patient support!

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or families.
• Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week with flexibility for scheduling.
• Licensed in good standing without need for clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality tele-therapy to patients via HIPAA compliant platform.
• Complete and sign clinical case notes within 48 hours post-session.
• Collaborate with a care team including health coaches and other therapists.

Skills

Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness)

Effective communication skills

Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases

Education

Independent clinical license to practice at the Master or Doctoral level
