Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced RN for the Medical Telemetry unit at Atrium Health Stanly. This full-time night-shift role focuses on high-quality patient care, safety, and teamwork within a dynamic telemetry environment.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the care team while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• BLS certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursingExperience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and updates care plans.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Float to other units or facilities as needed.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and ensure patient-centered care.
