Jennifer Zellner Allstate in Southaven is seeking a friendly Part-Time Telemarketer to join our office team from 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. You’ll connect with local community members, spark conversations about insurance needs, and set up follow-ups for licensed agents.

No product pushing—focus on building rapport and delivering a welcoming experience to our clients. Ideal candidates have strong phone presence, customer-service mindset, and reliable tech for browser tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based roles or customer service.
• A friendly, clear, and engaging speaking voice.
• A reliable computer and basic proficiency in navigating internet browser-based tools.
• A genuine desire to help others secure peace of mind.
• Previous experience working with insurance or leads management software is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Listen closely to understand the unique coverage gaps for each person you talk to.
