Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Telehealth Provider to deliver comprehensive virtual care for a nationwide Medicare Advantage program. You will conduct annual wellness visits and chronic care management via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits.

Minimum 16 hours per week during Eastern Time business hours. Requires active MD license with multiple state licensure and board certification in Internal or Family Medicine; prior telehealth experience preferred.

• Experience in preventative and/or primary care.
• Strong digital fluency and telehealth experience preferred.

• Document medical records accurately in the EHR and ensure CMS telehealth compliance.

Schedule: Must submit availability of 16 hours a week (minimum) each week, during operational hours.

About the Role

Work with a nationwide virtual medical practice partnering with Medicare Advantage plans to deliver Annual Wellness Visits and close care gaps for members. As a Telehealth Provider, you will deliver comprehensive virtual care via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
• Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring
• Assess patient conditions and review medications
• Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations
• Help close care gaps and improve outcomes for Medicare patients
• Build strong patient rapport and accurately document medical records in the EHR system
• Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements

Schedule & Availability

• Commitment: Minimum of 16 hours per week required
• Operational Hours (Eastern Time):
• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
• Sunday: Closed

Compensation

• Guarantee pay of 2 visits per hour
• Training Pay: $60/hour (6-8 hours)
• Position is not eligible for benefits

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted MD license. MUST have at least four (4) current state medical licenses and two or more MUST BE in the following states: TX, FL, NC, VA, MS, LA, IL, GA, SC.
• CURRENTLY Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Experience: Experience providing preventative and/or primary care. Previous telehealth experience is strongly preferred.
• Screening Policy: Candidates must confirm they have never been involved in a malpractice settlement.
• Skills: Strong digital fluency, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Technical Requirements

Provide your own equipment and must meet strict technical standards:

• Desk top or Laptop Computer: (No Chromebooks, Linux machines, or smartphones). Minimum Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.
• Hardware: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent (Windows) / Apple Silicon (Macs); 16 GB RAM.
• Peripherals: Wired headphones required (no built-in mics); webcam required (built-in laptop webcams are acceptable).
• Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed. Must use an ethernet cable connecting the computer directly to the router.
• Recommended: Second monitor for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users.
