Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Nashville is seeking Tire Technicians to join a fast-paced team serving customers and drivers from across the country. You will perform tire sales, removal and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop or roadside service, while keeping the work area clean and safe. No experience?

No problem — we train you. You can expect rotating day and night shifts, physical work lifting 75+ pounds, and growth within a family-owned company that values safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction with drivers and travelers.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for tires on commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of store facilities and work areas.
• Move and prepare equipment as needed for tire service.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts.
• Possess or obtain a Department of Transportation medical card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
