Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in the United States is seeking a Tire Technician to service tires for commercial vehicles in-shop and roadside, delivering fast, friendly service to drivers and fleets.

No experience? No problem! We will teach you. You’ll work a rotating day/night schedule with safety and customer satisfaction at the forefront, enjoy tuition assistance, PTO, a 401(k) match, and numerous development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Lift 75+ pounds in close quarters.
• Work rotating day/night shifts as needed.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical DOT card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
