Qualifications

• Proficiency with stage lighting systems, sound reinforcement, projection, and stage rigging.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, cueing, and production scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights using lifts, ladders, and catwalks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical aspects of performances, concerts, theatrical productions, lectures, and special events.
• Operate or oversee operation of lighting, sound, projection, and stage equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety codes, including OSHA and fire regulations.
• Oversees stage crew, technicians, and student workers when needed.
• Promote a safe and positive working environment.
