The incumbent will mentor teams, drive technical solutions, and collaborate with various shifts to ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of envelope machine adjusting experience across multiple machine types.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated history of improving machine speeds and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on machine performance, setup, and production best practices.
• Coach and mentor operators, adjusters, and supervisors.
• Support training and knowledge development as needed.
• Monitor production quality and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase output.
• Promote safety procedures and operational standards.
