Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking part-time Sales Associates at our Denver, NC location. You will assist customers, test and repair devices, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on solutions and service. Expect daily inventory tasks and phone support as part of your role.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service mindset, basic technical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position is on-site in Denver, NC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer service and sales oriented with high motivation.
• Demonstrate technical skill and ability to work with tools on small parts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide solutions through product knowledge.
• Perform device testing and basic repairs as needed.
• Answer phones and complete reports.
• Maintain inventory control and assist with store management.
