Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Part-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in a retail environment. You will drive the guest experience by understanding needs, sharing product knowledge, and guiding purchases.

You’ll work evenings and weekends as needed, with opportunity for training and career advancement. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service experience are preferred, and you must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
